Judge Invalidates Bra Patent, Citing KSR

Law360 (August 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has invalidated a patent for a nipple-obscuring prosthesis, effectively ending a lawsuit that accused bra maker Bragel International Inc. and stores including The Gap Inc., Victoria's Secret Stores LLC and Nordstrom Inc. of patent infringement.
