Fed. Circ. Upholds Judgments In Cygnus Patent MDL

Law360, New York (August 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has upheld a lower court's ruling of invalidity in two cases involving AT&T Corp. and other communications providers in a dispute over patents for a computerized callback system.
