Refco Examiner's Investigation Delayed

Law360 (May 23, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Former Justice Department prosecutor Joshua Hochberg was supposed to start investigating fraud at collapsed brokerage firm Refco Inc. two months ago, but the launch of his investigation has been stymied by Refco’s creditors committee, which has raised questions about his exact role in bankruptcy court.
