Brazil Airline Crash Parties Ordered To Mediation

Law360, New York (August 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A U.S. judge has ordered all parties connected to the wrongful death suits of passengers killed in Brazil's worst airline disaster to attend a mediation conference in November 2009.

In the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Wednesday, Judge Marcia Cooke ordered all parties connected to the lawsuits to attend the mediation, noting that “failure to comply with this order will result in sanctions."
