Microsoft Wins Hearing Over Quinn Emanuel Audit Role

Law360, New York (June 17, 2015, 10:32 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge said Wednesday that Microsoft Corp. plausibly alleged that the U.S. Internal Revenue Service gave Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP an improper role in an audit of the company's transfer pricing activities, granting a request for an evidentiary hearing.
