Judge Won't Toss Sex Bias Suit Against Outback

Law360, New York (August 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to toss a lawsuit that alleges the Outback Steakhouse restaurant chain engaged in a pattern of sex discrimination against female workers.

Judge Edward Nottingham Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, ruled on Wednesday that the evidence produced by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in support of the case was more than adequate.
