EPA Seeks Payment For NJ Superfund Cleanup

Law360, New York (August 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government has sued American Airlines Inc., Rutgers University, Alcoa Inc. and about a dozen other companies for reimbursement of environmental cleanup costs associated with the Chemsol Inc. Superfund site in New Jersey.
