Two NJ Judges Move To Appellate Division

By Jeannie O'Sullivan (June 24, 2015, 2:19 PM EDT) -- Two New Jersey Superior Court judges collectively boasting nearly 60 years of professional experience will move to the Appellate Division, the state's Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner announced Tuesday.

Judges Heidi Willis Currier and Robert J. Gilson will assume their new posts on Aug. 1, joining the 32-judge division that hears appeals from decisions of the trial courts, tax court and state administrative agencies. Both have served as temporary assignees in the Appellate Division since April, the announcement said.
