Ex-Merrill Adviser Wins Arbitration Dispute Appeal

Law360 (August 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An Ohio state appeals court on Thursday overturned a lower court's decision to compel arbitration in a lawsuit over an ex-Merrill Lynch adviser's allegations that his former employer fired him because of his attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
