Whole Foods Slapped With Overpricing Class Action In NY

Law360, New York (June 25, 2015, 6:39 PM EDT) -- A shopper in the Bronx wasted no time in filing a proposed class action against Whole Foods Market Inc. on Thursday over allegations raised the day before by the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs that the high-end grocer overcharged for packaged food.
