Judge Nixes GM's Bid To Adjourn Delphi Hearings

Law360, New York (May 25, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing auto parts maker Delphi Corp.’s bankruptcy proceedings in Manhattan has brushed aside General Motors Corp.’s request to adjourn the proceedings for 60 days, saying in court that the proceedings need to retain a semblance of structure.
