Makers Of Lacrosse Sticks Sue NCAA Over Rule Change

Law360, New York (August 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A manufacturer and a distributor of men's lacrosse equipment have filed a $30 million antitrust suit against the National Collegiate Athletic Association, claiming that new NCAA rules regarding the shape of lacrosse sticks will devastate their business and unlawfully restrain trade.
