Mo. Citizens Sue Over Rash Of Brain Tumors

Law360, New York (August 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A handful of residents of Cameron, Mo., have filed suit against the former owners of a long-defunct factory, alleging that toxic material produced at the plant has led to an eruption of brain tumors among the town's inhabitants.

On Wednesday, personal injury attorney Grant L. Davis led the charge in Clinton County on behalf of six Cameron citizens, filing numerous class action lawsuits against the companies once linked to Rockwool Industries.
