20-Month Judgment Delay Is 'Far Too Long,' Fed. Circ. Told

Law360, New York (July 7, 2015, 6:16 PM EDT) -- Online retailer Newegg Inc. urged the Federal Circuit Monday to force Eastern District of Texas Judge Rodney Gilstrap to rule on its post-trial request to nix a $2.3 million patent infringement verdict against it, saying the judge has left the company in limbo by sitting on the case for nearly two years.
