Law360, New York (May 31, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge in Manhattan sentenced the former president of Impath Inc. to three and a half years in prison Tuesday, bringing to a close the criminal prosecution of the man U.S. prosecutors claimed was responsible for costing the company’s investors and employees $260 million and driving Impath into bankruptcy.
