PBGC Moves To Dismiss Pilots' Benefits Suit

Law360 (September 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. has moved to dismiss portions of a suit that accuses it of depriving 1,000 retired US Airways Inc. pilots of payments due under the benefits plan PBGC took over when the airline filed for bankruptcy.
