Signalife Slapped With Securities Class Action

Law360 (September 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Shareholders of Signalife Inc., a medical device company, have filed a putative securities class action against the company and six of its top executives, claiming they misled investors about the company's financial condition.
