Federal Circuit Faces Slight Increase In Patent Cases

Law360, New York (May 31, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Contrary to reports that patent litigation is exploding, the number of pending patent appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit rose just about 2% over the course of the past year, according to a trade association.
