Fed. Circ. Nixes $49M Award Over Claim Construction

Law360, New York (September 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has vacated a $49 million jury verdict in favor of 800 Adept Inc. in a patent infringement case the company brought over toll-free call routing technology, finding that the lower court judge erred in interpreting a critical claim construction.
