Law360, New York (September 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court Tuesday dashed environmentalists' efforts to force the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to revoke operating permits it issued to Georgia Power Co., ruling that the agency is free to approve permits for power plants it alleges violate the Clean Air Act.
