Report Blames Cox, SDG&E For Calif. Fires

Law360, New York (September 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Cox Communications and San Diego Gas & Electric Co. are to blame for breaking power line rules and causing three wildfires that swept through San Diego County last fall and destroyed over 1,200 homes, California regulators allege.
