Honda Asks Court To Revisit Patent Decisions

Law360 (September 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A month after being ordered to pay $24 million to a patent-holding company for infringing two patents, American Honda Motor Co. Inc. has filed motions seeking rulings in its favor on two other patents that were at issue in the trial.
