Lawsuit Launched To Clear Up Skin Care Dispute

Law360, New York (June 1, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Unable to resolve the feud outside of court, a New Jersey-based pharmaceutical company has filed suit against a Florida generic drug maker over a line of dermatological products used to treat acne and other skin diseases.

Bradley Pharmaceuticals fired the opening shot earlier this week in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, accusing rival Breckenridge Pharmaceutical Inc. of stealing its intellectual property related to skin care.
