Former CA CEO Alleges Directors Knew Of Fraud

Law360, New York (September 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Incarcerated former CEO Sanjay Kumar alleged in court filings last week that several of the software company's directors, including a former U.S. senator, knew about the accounting fraud that resulted in several senior executives going to prison.
