CORRECTED: Philip Morris Must Pay Disfigured Ex-Smoker $14.5M, Jury Says

Law360, Los Angeles (July 23, 2015, 6:45 PM EDT) -- A Florida jury on Thursday slammed Philip Morris USA with a $14.5 million verdict, including $6.5 million in punitive damages, to an ex-smoker who alleged she suffered disfigurement after developing oral cancer because of her cigarette addiction.
