Sanctions Fight Ends In Madonna TM Row After Atty Switch

Law360, New York (July 24, 2015, 2:32 PM EDT) -- The trademark dispute between Madonna’s Hard Candy Fitness LLC and cosmetics maker Hard Candy LLC turned a corner Friday as a federal judge approved a joint stipulation to drop lingering requests for discovery sanctions a week after Madonna's company switched counsel from Rubinstein Law PC to Rutan & Tucker LLP.
