Rambus Fights Bids For Separate DRAM Trials

Law360, New York (September 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Counsel for Rambus Inc. tried to persuade a California judge Friday that its patent infringement claims against a number of dynamic random access memory manufacturers should be tried together, while attorneys for the defendants argued that consolidating the cases would make a fair and impartial trial impossible.
