Facebook Invalidity Win Doomed By PTAB, Fed. Circ. Told

Rembrandt said that under the language of the America Invents Act, the PTAB's June 22 final written decision in an inter partes review bars Facebook from arguing on appeal that the jury's June 2014 verdict should be upheld.
