WAMU Execs Get 2nd Try To Dismiss Securities Suit

Law360, New York (September 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Officers of Washington Mutual Inc. who have been accused of securities fraud in a purported shareholder class action will get a second chance to have the suit dismissed, now that a federal appeals court has remanded the case for reconsideration of whether the plaintiffs properly pled their claim.
