Suit Against Cox & Comcast Will Go Forward

Law360, New York (June 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge in Delaware refused to throw out a case against two cable companies accused of breaching their fiduciary duty by contributing to the collapse of Internet service provider At Home Corp., according to a published report.

The ruling allowing the case to go forward came down Monday in Delaware’s Court of Chancery, the Associated Press reported.
