Acacia Unit, IBM Eye Deal In Network System Spat

Law360, New York (September 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- IBM Corp. and Acacia Research Corp. unit Priority Access Solutions Corp. have asked for a stay in a patent suit that Priority Access originally filed in September 2007, telling the court that the parties have reached a settlement in principle but need time to finalize the details.
