Virgin Questions BA, American Stats In Antitrust Spat

Law360, New York (September 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd. has accused rivals American Airlines Corp. and British Airways PLC, which are seeking regulatory approval for a commercial alliance on trans-Atlantic flights, of providing regulators with data that understates their potential market share in flights between London's Heathrow Airport and the U.S.
