Former CA Execs Argue For Shorter Sentences

Law360, New York (September 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Attorneys for former CA Inc. Chief Executive Sanjay Kumar and former Sales Chief Stephen Richards argued Friday before a federal circuit court panel that their clients' sentences should be reduced.

Kumar and Richards are currently serving 12 and seven years in jail, respectively, for their roles in a $2.2 billion accounting fraud scandal at the software company.
