Vodafone Seeks $954M In Damages From Telefonica

Law360, New York (September 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Vodafone Group PLC has demanded €670 million ($954 million) in damages from Telefonica SA for allegedly keeping Vodafone's subsidiary from entering the Spanish mobile phone sector in a dispute that has been going on for a decade.
