Law360, New York (September 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Seven defendants accused by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of participating in a brazen scheme that involved Wall Street professionals trading on nonpublic information relayed by insiders at UBS Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley have struck deals to end their involvement in the case.
