Prominent IP Attorney Steven Bazerman Dies at 63

Law360, New York (January 4, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- Steven H. Bazerman, who co-founded the intellectual property law firm Bazerman & Drangel and was instrumental in developing the current notion of trade dress, died at age 63 Dec. 19 at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan.

The cause was complications of kidney failure, the New York Times reported in an obituary published Sunday.
