Law360, New York (August 25, 2015, 12:10 PM EDT) -- On Aug. 4, 2015, the U.S. Department of Justice announced that a settlement agreement had been reached between the DOJ on behalf of the Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Defense Health Agency, Pediatric Services of America Inc. and certain of its affiliates (collectively, "PSA"), and two qui tam relators (each, a "relator" and, collectively, the "relators") to resolve certain allegations that PSA violated the federal False Claims Act and certain states' false claims laws.
