Union Challenges USIS' Antitrust Complaint

Law360, New York (September 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A union and several contractors have asked a judge to reconsider her recent decision not to dismiss U.S. Information Systems Inc.'s amended complaint against them, claiming that the plaintiff's allegations are too general to sustain an antitrust conspiracy case.
