Humane Society Sues US Over Whale Protections

Law360 (September 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. government has violated several environmental and animal protection laws by failing to implement a plan to protect endangered whales from being entangled in commercial fishing equipment, a new lawsuit alleges.
