Plaintiff Objects To Witness In IP Firm Sex Bias Suit

Law360 (September 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The lawyers for a female former associate suing Cohen Pontani Lieberman & Pavane LLP for sex discrimination have objected to the anticipated testimony of a legal recruiter, arguing that she will not provide the court with objective facts.

In an in limine motion filed Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the plaintiff's lawyer sought to limit or preclude the testimony of legal recruiter Joyce A. Talmadge.
