Fees Award Too High In NRDC Suit V. Navy: 9th Circ.

Law360 (September 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has vacated and remanded a ruling on the attorneys' fees the Natural Resources Defense Council Inc. can recoup from litigation in which it accused the U.S. Department of the Navy of disrupting maritime life by using mid-frequency active sonar during a training program.
