Ryanair Launches More Charges Against Air France

Law360 (June 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As accusations continue to fly, Ryanair Holdings has filed another complaint with the European Commission over Air France's alleged attempt to prevent the low-cost Irish airline from doing business in France.

Ryanair has appealed to competition authorities once again, following Air France’s earlier disclosure that it had filed an action in the French Conseille d'Etat against the carrier’s bid to use a new terminal at Marseille Airport.
