Judge Denies Bid To Halt Google Earth Operations

Law360 (June 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Marking the latest in a string of legal victories for Google, a federal judge has denied a bid by a rival software company to shutter Google Earth, the Internet giant’s popular mapping service, in a patent dispute that has been ongoing for almost two years.
