Law360, New York (September 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As companies across the United States struggle to adapt to the European Union's new REACH legislation, many are also bracing for the possible passage of California's Green Chemistry Initiative, which could introduce similar chemicals regulations domestically.
