Tyco Executives To Face Yet Another Trial

Law360, New York (June 13, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A year after its former chief executive and chief financial officer were convicted of fraud in one of the country’s most highly publicized cases, Tyco International Ltd. will face yet another trial, this time from its former shareholders.

On Monday, Judge Paul Barbadoro of the U.S. District Court in New Hampshire ruled that the former Tyco shareholders would be allowed to file a class-action suit against the company.
