BAE Fights Back Against Alleged Smears

Law360, New York (September 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Upset over allegations of illegal misconduct, BAE Systems Mobility & Protection System has taken to the court and fired back at ArmorWorks, saying ArmorWorks' “reckless threats” had compromised the ability of a BAE subsidiary to compete for defense contracts in the body armor arena.

On Monday, BAE filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, responding to allegations hurled by ArmorWorks that its corporate offspring, Simula, had engaged in improper behavior.
