Ex-Enron Broadband Chief Seeks New Trial

Law360, New York (June 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Calling for a new trial, attorneys for a former Enron Corp. broadband executive found guilty of fraud and conspiracy charges said many jurors were bullied into convicting the defendant through a series of intimidation tactics during the trial.
