Microsoft, Intel Riffs Shape Article 82 Debate

Law360 (June 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The European Commission is one step closer to improving how member states carry out its broad law against abuse of dominant market position, after hearing critique from the public and stakeholders in major competition riffs.

Individuals and groups on both sides of such battles took the opportunity to make their opinions known, including a Harvard law professor who consults for Intel, a company embroiled in a so-called Article 82 investigation.
