Miss. AG Sues Entergy To Uncover Pricing Docs

Law360, New York (September 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Mississippi's attorney general has hauled Entergy Mississippi Inc. to court for refusing to turn over documents regarding pricing information, just weeks after the company filed its own lawsuit over what it has called a “fishing expedition” by state regulators investigating the utility's fuel adjustment charges.

The lawsuit, filed Friday in Hinds County Chancery Court by Mississippi attorney general Jim Hood, accuses Entergy of refusing to “assure its customers they are not being cheated” by not revealing information about its pricing as well as its fuel buying...
