Law360, New York (September 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has certified a class of nurses, food service workers, secretaries and paraprofessionals in northeast Indiana who allege that their school district discriminated against them when it stopped bargaining with their predominantly female unions while continuing to bargain with predominantly male unions.
